No refund or change for the presets
Don't try to download and use the presets on your MOBILE it won't works Perfect for Reflex, GoPro, Drone etc...
You need the lightroom software on your Mac or PC to be able to use them. Import the presets in your software to be able to use them. They will only work in the software and the presets effect will only appear in the software.
